How hypnosis can contribute to your sex life

An important thing to remember about hypnosis with your partner is that they're fully concious and aware of what's happening to them while they're in a trance. Many people are even able to act and respond as if they were awake while still being in a deep trance. This means that it's nothing like making love to a dead fish and they can be even more responsive and enthusiastic than when they are not in a trance.

Here are then a few unique characteristics of hypnosis which you can use with your partner to improve sex:

Decreased distractions

Someone in a hypnotic trance is typically very focussed on the person who hypnotised them and on not much else. This means that any worries they might have brought home from the office, any niggling muscular tiredness or stiffness or other distraction become much less of a problem and they can focus more completely on the action-of-the-moment, ie. sex with you[1].

Hypersensitivity

You may have seen demonstrations of hypnosis where a subject is made to experience a form of local anaesthesia so that a needle can be stuck into them without them feeling it. Some people are capable of experiencing such profound anaesthesia that they can even have surgery using only hypnosis to prevent them feeing any pain. As well as making people less sensitive hypnosis can be used the other way: to make people more sensitive.

This means that you can make your partner hypersensitive to your touch. Their erogenous zones will be much more sensitive and responsive, they will likely become more sexually aroused and can experience deeper sexual satisfaction than usual.

More detailed and involving fantasies

As you hypnotise your partner they focus more and more on what you say and less on what is happening around them. This means that it is possible for them to have deeper, more engrossing and more realistic fantasies than they normally could. You guide their fantasies by creating images in their mind by describing what you want them to see, feel and experience[2]. As you work with your partner over time and their trust in your ability increases then they will be able to give themselves over more and more to the scenes and situations you create for them. This means that they can see and feel themselves making love to you in airplanes, in public places or wherever or however they find it most exciting while still being safe in your own bedroom.

Decreased inhibitions

Someone in a trance is typically less inhibited or embarrassed by what they do than when they are awake. Part of this comes from the fact that they implicitly hand over control of what is going on to you. This doesn't mean that they will do anything you tell them to because their moral judgement is not impaired in any way by being in a trance. It just means that they're going to be open, sometimes much more open, to the ideas and things that you want to do with them.

Trust is an issue here. Before trying anything with your partner while they're in a trance you should have cleared it with them before hypnotising them. If you don't then you risk them not letting you hypnotise them again.
